Vallum Trust Infrastructure
Independent trust and evidence infrastructure for organizations operating AI agents, automated systems, enterprise applications, APIs, local nodes, cloud services, and high-assurance workflows.
Vallum does not require Wayne OS. It integrates with the systems and infrastructure an organization already uses.
Subscription fees cover access to the applicable Vallum and Verified Ops service tier. Certificate issuance, hosted Handshake usage, evidence packages, incident work, private deployment, and custom integration may be billed separately.

Failed verification attempts do not consume a CERTIFIED certificate credit. Payment never creates certification. A certificate becomes CERTIFIED only after all required authorization, evidence, verification, signature, and entitlement checks pass.
Evidence packages
An Evidence Package is not just a PDF. Depending on scope, delivery may include: executive summary, human-readable evidence binder, structured evidence archive, certificate record, Titan Verify result, Titan Sign verification and artifact signature, Titan Handshake receipt summary, chain-of-custody timeline, hash manifest, public-verification URL or QR reference, technical appendix, and customer handoff session.
Machine evidence export is a convenience export of machine-readable records. It is not a Human-Reviewed, Legal / Regulatory, Incident, or certified Evidence Package.
Payment terms
- SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless an annual or enterprise agreement states otherwise.
- Certificate credits may be prepaid or invoiced under contract.
- A certificate credit is consumed only when a CERTIFIED certificate is successfully issued.
- Failed evidence or verification attempts do not consume a successful certificate credit.
- Early Evidence Package engagements may require 50% upfront and 50% before final release.
- Enterprise terms may use Net 15 or Net 30 when approved by contract.
- Priority incident work may require a retainer or full payment before work begins.
Legal boundary
Vallum provides technical trust infrastructure, verification, provenance, certificates, and evidence packages. Vallum does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Evidence packages are prepared for review by the customer's authorized legal, compliance, audit, security, or regulatory professionals.
Common questions
Can I start with one product?
Yes. You can begin with Business, Companion, Nimble Chat Pro, or Vallum independently and add the others later.
Do I pay separately for Wayne?
No. Wayne is baked into each Nimble Suites product. Pricing reflects the depth of memory, features, and support you get at each tier — not a separate "AI" line item.
Is Vallum separate from Nimble Suites?
Yes. Vallum is independent trust infrastructure. It does not require any Nimble Suites product and integrates with the systems your organization already operates.
