Draft for early-access review
Early-access Terms
Last updated: July 20, 2026. These terms are a working draft. The responsible operating entity and governing law have not been supplied, so this page is not represented as a finalized customer agreement.
1. Current scope
The public website, demonstrations, architecture materials, and access form are provided for evaluation. Product modules are in active development and may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or withdrawn. A pilot may begin only under separately approved written terms identifying the parties, scope, data handling, support, fees, and risk allocation.
2. No production or compliance representation
Examples and demonstrations do not establish production readiness, service levels, regulatory approval, legal compliance, independent assurance, or a particular security certification. Vallum materials describe technical evidence concepts only; an evidence artifact attests only to its stated technical scope.
3. Access requests
Submitting an access request does not create an account, guarantee admission, establish a customer relationship, or obligate either party to proceed. You should provide accurate business contact information and avoid including secrets, regulated records, or unnecessary personal data in the free-text field.
4. Acceptable evaluation use
You must not use the website or evaluation materials to:
- Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights
- Probe, bypass, or interfere with security and abuse controls
- Submit malicious code, fraudulent requests, or deceptive content
- Misrepresent demonstrations as certified or production capabilities
- Use automated access beyond documented and approved interfaces
5. Intellectual property and feedback
Rights in the website and project materials remain with their respective owners. You retain rights in information you submit. Any broader feedback license, confidentiality obligation, or customer-data ownership term must be stated in a signed pilot agreement rather than inferred from this draft.
6. Third-party services
The proposed access flow may use Vercel, Neon, Resend, Upstash, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Their availability and terms are outside the control of this draft. Production configuration remains blocked until the required accounts, regions, agreements, and secrets are approved.
7. No warranty or service level
To the extent permitted by applicable law, evaluation materials are provided as-is and as-available. No uptime, support, fitness, accuracy, security, or error-free-operation commitment is made here. Any enforceable warranty, liability limitation, indemnity, or service level must be negotiated in a finalized agreement with the identified operating entity.
8. Governing terms still required
Entity name, business address, governing law, venue, age requirements, payment terms, termination rights, and formal notice procedures are not yet resolved. Legal review is required before these draft terms can govern a production service.
