Nimble Suites provides AI-powered business operating system software, personal AI companion tools, website chat solutions, and trust/evidence infrastructure. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

5. Vallum Trust Infrastructure

Vallum provides technical trust, evidence, and safety infrastructure. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, regulatory approval, or automatic legal compliance certification. Certificates and evidence packages attest only to the technical evidence and verification scope stated in the artifact. Organizations should consult qualified professionals for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Nimble Suites. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing the Services to you.

7. Payment Terms

Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimble Suites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nimble Suites operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
